Your data, your rights. We protect personal information under India's DPDP Act 2023, EU GDPR principles and W3C web accessibility standards.
1. Who we are
Movers Connect Business Summit (the 'Summit') is organised by Publicity Mantra and supported by SESR Foundation, with The Centrum, Lucknow as the venue partner. References to 'we', 'our' or 'us' mean the Summit organisers acting jointly as data controllers for the website moversconnect.online and the 18 July 2026 event.
2. Information we collect
We collect (a) identity & contact data you submit via registration, nomination, sponsorship or contact forms — name, designation, organisation, email, phone, billing address; (b) transaction data for delegate passes and sponsorship invoices; (c) technical data — IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and timestamps via essential and analytics cookies; (d) marketing preferences.
3. How we use your data
To process registrations and issue passes; to evaluate nominations through the Grand Jury; to send Summit programme, agenda and logistics updates; to issue tax invoices; to comply with statutory obligations; and — with your explicit opt-in — to share relevant industry insights from Movers Voice.
4. Lawful basis
We rely on (i) contract performance for delegate & sponsorship transactions; (ii) legitimate interest for industry communications to registered delegates; (iii) consent for marketing and non-essential cookies; (iv) legal obligation for tax and statutory records.

See our Cookie Policy. Essential cookies are required for the site to function. Analytics and marketing cookies load only after explicit consent via the on-site banner. You may withdraw consent at any time.
6. Sharing & third parties
We share data only with: payment processors for delegate-pass settlement; cloud hosting & email delivery vendors under written DPAs; the Grand Jury panel for nomination evaluation; statutory authorities when legally required. We never sell personal data.
7. Data retention
Registration & invoice data: 7 years (statutory). Nomination dossiers: 3 years post-award cycle. Marketing preferences: until withdrawal. Web analytics: 26 months aggregated.
8. Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, portability or restriction of your personal data, and lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India. Write to privacy@publicitymantra.com — we respond within 30 days.
9. Children
The Summit is a B2B industry platform. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
10. Updates
We may revise this policy. Material changes will be notified via email to registered delegates and via a banner on this site.
