Please read these terms carefully — by accessing this website, registering for the Summit, submitting a nomination or entering into a sponsorship agreement, you accept the terms below.
1. Acceptance
By browsing moversconnect.online or participating in the Summit you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. Registration & passes
Delegate Pass (₹6,500), Business Delegate (₹12,500) and Executive Stay (₹16,500) are personal, non-transferable and non-refundable once issued. Identity verification is required at the venue. Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry.
3. Nominations & awards
Movers Voice Excellence Awards are evaluated by an independent Grand Jury whose decision is final and binding. Nominees warrant that all submitted information is accurate and that they hold rights to all submitted materials.
4. Sponsorship
Sponsorship is governed by the signed Sponsorship Agreement and the published deliverables matrix (Presented By ₹15L · Powered By ₹12.5L · Associate ₹7.5L · Strategic ₹3.5L · Value ₹1.5L). Payment terms: 50% on signing, 50% before 30 June 2026.
5. Code of conduct
Delegates, sponsors, speakers and jury members agree to behave professionally, respect diversity, and refrain from harassment, discrimination or unsolicited commercial conduct. Violations may result in removal without refund.
6. Intellectual property
All Summit branding, logos, infographics, the 'Movers Voice' and 'Movers Connect' marks, and the website design are the intellectual property of Publicity Mantra and SESR Foundation. No element may be reproduced without written consent.
7. Photography & recording
By attending, you consent to being photographed and recorded for editorial, archival and promotional use across Summit and partner media properties including Movers Voice.
8. Force majeure
Organisers are not liable for cancellation, delay or modification caused by events beyond reasonable control — including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions or venue unavailability. In such cases, the Summit will be rescheduled and passes honoured for the new date.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the value of the delegate pass or sponsorship paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
10. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
